The article singles out Recaredo as one of the most avant-garde winemakers in the Pened\u00e8s, emphasising the winery\u2019s commitment to preserving the authenticity and wine-making identity of the Corpinnat territory through its wines. According to <em>Revue<\/em>, \u201cRecaredo points the way to a modernity that involves refocusing on the land and the plant.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-6317\" src=\"https:\/\/www.recaredo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/tdm-verda-1024x449.jpg\" alt=\"Botella del vino espumoso de calidad Tur\u00f3 d'en Mota de Recaredo\" width=\"557\" height=\"244\" \/><\/p>\n<h5>Tur\u00f3 d&#8217;en Mota y Reserva Particular, iconic wines by La Revue<\/h5>\n<p>As an example of what can be achieved through this approach, the critics select <strong>Tur\u00f3 d\u2019en Mota de Recaredo 2004<\/strong>, noting that it is a sparkling wine that reinvented the concept of &#8216;cru&#8217; wines in Catalonia in the 2000s: \u201cTur\u00f3 d\u2019en Mota reinvented \u2013 or rather invented \u2013 the idea of a <em>cru<\/em> among Catalan sparkling wines \u2013 a concept that, before the creation of this wine, was foreign to the region\u2019s sparkling wines.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The French publication also describes <strong>Reserva Particular de Recaredo 2008<\/strong> as one of the most original sparkling wines of its time and a pioneer in the use of long ageing in oak barrels, which was uncommon in the years when it was made. \u201cReserva Particular is representative of the winery\u2019s traditional focus and clearly reflects Recaredo\u2019s determination to pursue long ageing, an innovative style in the 1960s,\u201d the <em>Revue<\/em> critics write. According to Ferran Junoy, Recaredo&#8217;s General Manager, the article &#8220;is a recognition of our commitment as winegrowers and winemakers specialized in long-ageing sparkling wines but, before all else, it is an acknowledgement to the extraordinary potential of making terroir sparkling wines in the Pened\u00e8s region&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"
