Recaredo Serral del Vell 2013<\/strong> ha sido reconocido como mejor vino espumoso del a\u00f1o en la reciente edici\u00f3n de los Premios Verema 2020<\/strong>.<\/a> Los galardones, con una reconocida trayectoria en el mundo del vino, cuentan con la votaci\u00f3n de los lectores del blog Verema.com, que han descrito Serral del Vell como \u201cintenso y complejo\u201d, \u201cdelicioso en boca\u201d y con el carb\u00f3nico \u201cmuy bien integrado\u201d.<\/p>\n

La a\u00f1ada 2013 de Recaredo Serral del Vell es fruto de la expresi\u00f3n de las largas crianzas en Recaredo, con un m\u00ednimo de 5 a\u00f1os y 7 meses de envejecimiento con las l\u00edas en botella. Serral del Vell<\/strong><\/a>, al igual que los dem\u00e1s Corpinnat de Recaredo, realiza la crianza con tap\u00f3n de corcho natural; un material sostenible, reciclable y t\u00e9cnicamente id\u00f3neo para preservar el sentido originario de las largas crianzas en Recaredo y que forma parte del ADN de la bodega, junto con el aclarado manual en pupitres y el deg\u00fcelle a mano sin congelar el cuello de la botella.<\/p>\n

Serral del Vell, car\u00e1cter de finca<\/strong><\/p>\n

Se trata de un Corpinnat elaborado \u00fanicamente a partir de la Finca Serral del Vell, un vi\u00f1edo conformado a partir de uvas de la variedad xarel\u00b7lo y macabeo y situada sobre un peque\u00f1o altiplano, custodiado por la monta\u00f1a de Montserrat. Los suelos son calc\u00e1reos y de textura franca, hechos que imprimen un sello inconfundible a cada de las a\u00f1adas de este Corpinnat.<\/p>\n

El rendimiento medio de los vi\u00f1edos de Recaredo en 2013 fue de 38,1 hl\/ha (con un m\u00e1ximo autorizado por Corpinnat de 80 hl\/ha). En Recaredo trabajamos con rendimientos bajos para garantizar el \u00f3ptimo estado sanitario de la uva, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n para obtener una mayor calidad y expresividad de la fruta.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
