Racial, with elegant oxidation: apple skin. Macerated skins, creamy white fruit with citrus reminiscence, green coffee, peat, lemon caramel and light toast. White and gray mineral, fine menthol of Mediterranean scrubland. Direct and honest in the mouth, vertical, saline acidity, very persistent. Long life ahead.
