At Recaredo, we believe that wine should be a shared, open and sensory experience for everyone.
The recent visit from a group of ONCE members reaffirms our commitment to a more inclusive and accessible approach to wine tourism — an experience to be lived with all the senses.
On Saturday, October 18th, Recaredo welcomed 27 people from ONCE who took part in the Origen tour, our wine tourism experience that explores the cellars and winery to discover the process behind our long-aged Corpinnat sparkling wines.
The aim was to offer a complete, participatory and fully adapted experience. To make this possible, we introduced tactile elements and detailed descriptions, allowing visually impaired visitors to enjoy the visit to the fullest, while maintaining the spirit and rhythm of our usual tours.
The route included the underground cellars, the winery and the pressing room, with interactive spaces featuring different materials such as the various soil types from our region. Participants had the chance to discover each stage of the process — from the vineyard to the disgorging — and to experience, through all the senses, the character of our surroundings and artisanal work.
The visit concluded with a guided tasting in its usual format, with small adaptations in the arrangement of the glasses and the assistance of our team to ensure a comfortable, safe and enriching experience for everyone.
The visitors’ engagement and the exchange of perceptions and emotions made the experience especially meaningful.

This commitment to inclusion and accessibility made the experience much more than a visit: it was a unique opportunity to connect with the environment, to learn, and to enjoy in a full and enriching way.”
