Opened in 1974, the cooking of the matriarch of the family, Olga, laid the foundation for neighbourhood-level haute cuisine featuring unbeatable produce. The second generation, led by her children – Borja, Guillermo and Patricia – offers a gastronomic experience based on traditional cuisine, with creative nuances, commitment and gourmet ingredients.
