2024 Corpinnat Gastronomic Festival

From 18th June to 18th July | 2024

The Corpinnat Gastronomic Festival at Recaredo (18th June – 18th July) will host eight al fresco dinners by turning our facilities into a “pop-up restaurant”.

Each restaurant will design its gastronomic proposal and manage reservations directly.

The number of diners for each session will be limited to 40 and guests will be distributed around an outdoor space.

An optional tour of the Recaredo winery and cellars will be offered at 8 p.m., an hour before dinner. Visitors must book the tour when they make their reservation with the restaurant.

Cal Carter

Tuesday 18th June

The third generation of the Perich family is at the helm of the gastronomic restaurant Cal Carter in Mura (Barcelona). Open since 1964, it has become a landmark for lovers of Catalan cuisine, where local produce takes centre stage.

Under the current and modern vision of Jordi Perich, who continues the expertise of his grandparents, we will enjoy gastronomic offerings where the seasonality of the products merges with select preparations that allow us to enjoy them at their peak.

El Provisional

El Provisional is the gastronomic proposal by Sergi Marques, where originality and passion are the essential ingredients found in all his offerings. From his location on Balmes Street 66 in Barcelona, he advocates for market cuisine, featuring high-quality and seasonal products in very tasty and well-executed gastronomic proposals. All of this is set in an intimate atmosphere that transports us to the comfort and closeness of being in our own dining room.

L’Antic Forn

Sergi Ortiz is the heart and soul of L’Antic Forn, a restaurant with a Japanese-inspired cuisine using local products. Located in the centre of Cervera, it is part of the km0 collective of Catalonia, has been awarded a Repsol ‘Solete’, and is inspired by the Japanese Kaiseki concept, a cuisine known for offering delicate yet persistent flavours.

They adapt their menus according to the season, always committing to local products and holding clear values for sustainability and respect towards the environment and people, in harmony with Japanese culture.

Mantis

From the center of Barcelona, the chefs and owners of Mantis, Toni Solans and David Romero, describe their establishment as a gastronomic sanctuary where they strive to present their culinary vision, making the product the protagonist and playing with technique in the execution of each of their dishes. Cal Pere del Maset

Pere Massana is the third generation of the family that runs the restaurant Cal Pere del Maset, located in Sant Pau de l’Ordal (Alt Penedès). It was clear to him from a very early age that he wanted to devote himself to cooking and, once he had finished his studies, he trained in prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants such as Las Crayères (Reims, France) or Chef Fermí Puig’s Drolma in Barcelona. He has been at the helm of the restaurant for a decade now, keeping his grandparents’ origins alive. Its gastronomic offer has a traditional and seasonal base, combining the traditional menu with tasting menus and food and wine pairings for the most demanding palates. The style you will find in the restaurant is based on the grill, fire, stews, fried food and toasted bread, so characteristic of Catalan cuisine.
