2023 Corpinnat Gastronomic Festival

From 15th June to 31st July | 2023

The Corpinnat Gastronomic Festival at Recaredo (15th June – 31st July) will host eleven al fresco dinners by turning our facilities into a “pop-up restaurant”.

Each restaurant will design its gastronomic proposal and manage reservations directly.

The number of diners for each session will be limited to 40 and guests will be distributed around an outdoor space.

An optional tour of the Recaredo winery and cellars will be offered at 8 p.m., an hour before dinner. Visitors must book the tour when they make their reservation with the restaurant.

Deliranto *

Thursday 15th June

Deliranto, with one Michelin star, is located in Salou and is the creative idea of chef Pep Moreno, whose aim is to transport us to a fairy tale through his gastronomic proposal, to live a moment full of magic inspired by Lewis Carol, Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, Frank Baumn or Charles Dickens. His tales are based on an experience that goes beyond flavours and that seeks, without limits, surprising products and flavours that have never been tasted before, making the most of textures and combinations through refined culinary techniques.

Teca Balís

Víctor Amil, owner of AMIL És Cuina, has brought his cuisine to the idyllic setting of Port Balís, in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres. Rasoterra

Danielle, Chiara and Guillem are united by their passion for promoting good food, understood as enjoying the table while taking care of food, helping the community and respecting the planet. In 2013 they opened the restaurant Rasoterra, located in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona, with a plant-based gastronomy (based on exclusively vegetable ingredients) and proximity. Adriana Carcelén, head chef at Rasoterra, includes in her gastronomic proposal innovative dishes with sustainable and high quality ingredients, always looking for the best product. As they themselves define it, ‘it is a gastronomic space with personality, signature and imaginative dishes with local and seasonal ingredients’.

Julià Bernet is the chef at the Vilagut restaurant, located in Vilafranca del Penedès, where he offers traditional cuisine adapted to new trends, using top-quality and km0 products. The aim of this young chef, who is very clear about his ideas, is that when customers sit at the table they will find honest cuisine, with clear flavours where they can feel the product and can identify his origin, the Penedès region.

In Josa de Cadí, in the Cadí Moixeró natural park, we find the family venture of Diego Alías and his parents, Ca l’Amador, a restaurant where you can enjoy personal, daring, respectful, curious and traditional Pyrenean cuisine. Through their gastronomic offer they seek to reflect the origins of the rural house, making you feel at home, while paying tribute to their grandparents, who lived in the same house where Ca l’Amador restaurant is located today.

Enoteca Paco Pérez **

Paco Pérez, chef and owner of the restaurant Enoteca Paco Pérez, will transport us to the soul of contemporary Mediterranean gastronomy. In a journey to the essence of the Mar d’Amunt, Paco Pérez pays homage to its origins and the ingredients provided by local producers in each of the seasons of the year. Enoteca Paco Pérez, with two Michelin stars, offers imaginative cuisine based on products from the sea, the orchard and the mountains in an interpretation of modern cuisine with traditional and innovative touches. It is the first restaurant with two Michelin stars to take part in the three editions of the Corpinnat Gastronomic Festival.

Anglès, a village in the Selva region (Girona), has witnessed the history of a gastronomic space that has evolved over the years. L’Aliança d’Anglès, with a Michelin star and the work of Cristina Feliu, sommelier, and Àlex Carrera, the chef, offers an experience that you could have in your living room at home, a place where you can eat, drink, talk, drink coffee and have an after-dinner time until your heart tells you enough. The gastronomic proposal they have designed is a direct cuisine with traditional bases, but in constant evolution, always based on respect for local and seasonal food, where they cook everything they get from the garden, the fish market and trusted suppliers.

Cal Pere del Maset

Pere Massana is the third generation of the family that runs the restaurant Cal Pere del Maset, located in Sant Pau de l’Ordal (Alt Penedès). It was clear to him from a very early age that he wanted to devote himself to cooking and, once he had finished his studies, he trained in prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants such as Las Crayères (Reims, France) or Chef Fermí Puig’s Drolma in Barcelona. He has been at the helm of the restaurant for a decade now, keeping his grandparents’ origins alive. Its gastronomic offer has a traditional and seasonal base, combining the traditional menu with tasting menus and food and wine pairings for the most demanding palates. The style you will find in the restaurant is based on the grill, fire, stews, fried food and toasted bread, so characteristic of Catalan cuisine.
